Every piece is checked before dispatch. In the rare case of a defect or a wrong item, please record a continuous, uncut video of the unboxing and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. The video is necessary to process any claim.
Shipping
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of confirmation, and delivery usually takes 2-5 working days depending on your location.
Standard shipping is a flat ₹60 anywhere in India, FREE on orders above ₹2,499 paid online. Cash on Delivery is available for a ₹30 charge with a ₹100 advance, and the ₹60 shipping applies to every COD order. You’ll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is on its way.
