Welcome to Deep’s Boutique. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. They are written to be read, not to trick you.

How ordering works

You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or check out on WhatsApp and pay after we confirm with you personally. An online payment confirms your order at the price shown at checkout. A WhatsApp enquiry is a request, not a completed purchase, until we agree on the item, size, price and delivery in chat.

Prices

Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change without notice. The price we confirm with you on WhatsApp before you pay is the price that applies. Delivery charges, if any, are told to you before you pay.

Products

Our pieces use handcrafted fabrics and hand-finished work. Small variations in colour, print and finish are the nature of the craft, not defects. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.

Shipping

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of confirmation and usually reach you in 2-5 working days depending on location. A tracking link is shared on WhatsApp on dispatch. Standard shipping is a flat ₹60 across India, free on orders above ₹2,499 paid online, added at checkout. Cash on Delivery keeps the ₹60 shipping at any order value and is available for an extra ₹30 with a ₹100 advance paid online to confirm the order; the advance is adjusted in your total, refunded in full if we cancel, and not refundable if delivery is refused. For WhatsApp orders charges are confirmed in chat. Once a parcel is with the courier, delays are outside our control, though we will always help you track it.

Returns and exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges. Every piece is checked before dispatch. If you receive a defective or wrong item, record a continuous, uncut video of the unboxing and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery; the video is required to process any claim, and we will then make it right.

Customisation

Pieces are sold as listed. Design, colour, size and material are as described and cannot be altered or customised.

This website

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. Product names, text and photographs of our products belong to Deep’s Boutique; please do not reuse them without asking.
